These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MarketEdge Discord bot, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

MarketEdge provides informational alerts about potential arbitrage opportunities across prediction markets, including Kalshi and Polymarket. The Service uses automated scanning and human review to identify pricing discrepancies and delivers alerts via Discord.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of prediction markets complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Polymarket is not available to US residents — check your local regulations before accessing any prediction market platform.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase (currently $10.99/month for the Trader plan). Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time — see our Refund Policy for details.

4. Not Financial Advice

The Service provides informational alerts only. Nothing provided by MarketEdge constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information is for educational purposes. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Always do your own research before making any financial decisions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the information provided.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Arbitrage opportunities are identified using AI-powered scanning with human review. Despite these measures, errors may occur. Market prices can change rapidly between alert delivery and trade execution. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any alert. 6. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Treat all community members with respect
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
• Not spam or post excessive self-promotional content
• Use channels for their intended purpose
• Not share personal or financial information publicly
• Follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute alert data

We reserve the right to terminate your access for violations of these rules without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and data provided through the Service are the property of MarketEdge. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarketEdge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any arbitrage opportunities will be profitable.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via Discord announcement.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
